Portland homicide detectives have arrested two men and one woman in connection with the shooting death of 31-year-old Robert Edward Ford Jr.

 Cleveland Dante Nelson III, 28, of Northeast Portland and Mark Edward Hardy Jr., 27, of North Portland were arrested and charged with Murder. India Ludelia Vasquez, 25, was arrested for Tampering with Physical Evidence.

Ford was shot around 11:17 p.m. Wednesday July 18, in the parking lot of The Mystic Gentlemen's Club, 9950 Southeast Stark Street, in the Hazelwood neighborhood.

Nelson, Hardy and Vasquez were in a silver Lexus stopped by a Gresham Police Department officer after the shooting. All three will be booked into the Multnomah County Jail and will be arraigned on Friday.

Detectives believe the homicide was gang-related.

Homicide detectives credit cooperation from witnesses at the scene in assisting with this investigation.
