Oregon State Police arrested a Medford-area man, Tuesday, after a trooper found approximately 31 pounds of cannabis concealed in his vehicle.
RAHMON ABLE, age 36, from Medford was arrested, cited and released to appear in Jackson County Circuit Court for Unlawful Possession and Distribution of a Controlled Substance - Marijuana.
A senior trooper stopped a 2003 Honda Accord with Washington license plates for a vehicle license violation on Interstate 5 near Ashland. He found about 31 pounds, of marijuana in the car's trunk.
In the press release, state police estimated the value of the haul at $75,000.
