Video: Attorney Says Lohan's Scared, Accepted Responsibility

 
Lindsay Lohan surrendered herself in Beverly Hills Tuesday for a 90-day jail sentence. Her attorney --  pictured -- says the actress is scared but has accepted her responsibility in violating her probation for a drunk driving and drugs violation.
