Multnomah County Published: 06 September 2016 The Multnomah County Circuit Court Judges invited community members to a listening session to share experiences and concerns with the court system.
The Multnomah County Circuit Court Judges believe it is important to explore perceptions of justice, and to acknowledge that communities of color are overrepresented at each stage of the criminal justice system.
