Gresham Voting Center Express

Beginning today, May 6 Multnomah County Elections opens the Voting Center Express inside the Multnomah County East Building in downtown Gresham. The Voting Center Express is an additional service location that is open 15 days before each election. The Voting Center Express is open May 6 through Election Day on May 21. The Special District Election includes local school district, water district, and rural fire protection district board members. Depending on where you live, there may also be local measures that include requests for local tax money or proposed changes to laws.

The Voting Center Express is in downtown Gresham and improves access for more than 165,000 Multnomah County voters. At the Voting Center Express citizens can replace a lost or damaged ballot or update their voter registration information. Voters with a disability can get assistance. Voters who speak a language other than English can get assistance in their preferred language. Elections staff are available for questions or any other elections related help.

The Voting Center Express is located inside the Multnomah County East Building at 600 NE 8th Street in Gresham near the Gresham Central Transit Center and free parking. The Voting Center Express is open May 6 to Election Day, May 21.  Normal office hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday.

The Voting Center Express will offer extended open hours:

• Saturday, May 18, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM• Monday, May 20, 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM• Election Day, Tuesday, May 21, 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Ballots can only be accepted at the Voting Center Express during open hours.  The nearest 24-hour official ballot drop box site is in the parking lot at the Gresham Library at 385 NW Miller Avenue.  To find other Multnomah County official ballot drop sites, go online to multco.us/dropsites.

Voters can now return ballots to the new Parkrose Neighborhood official ballot drop box. There is a new 24-hour official ballot drop site at the MHCC Maywood Park Center at the NE 102nd west parking lot entrance, located at 4390 NE 102nd Ave., Portland 97220.

Multnomah County Elections provides an interpreter, free of charge to anyone who needs help voting in a language other than English. Additional voting and elections information in nine languages is online at multco.us/education-and-outreach.
