Vancouver, Wash. – Burgerville CEO Jill Taylor, who has led the 61-year-old company for nearly five years and has been involved in the leadership of the company for more than 20 years, is leaving Burgerville to resume the helm of The Taylor Group Inc., a well-respected coaching and leadership training company.
“For more than 25 years, I have been a member of the Burgerville family, working hard to develop responsible community leaders with purpose and life mission, and to fulfill the company mission of ‘Serve with Love,’ Taylor said. “I am grateful for the opportunity to have served as Burgerville’s CEO. It is the people who have made Burgerville such a great company — our employees, our suppliers and vendors and our guests and communities, all of whom have contributed.”
Under Taylor’s leadership, Burgerville has:

Taylor’s final day will be January 31, 2022. The Holland Inc plans to name an interim CEO in the near future.
