The Skanner News is giving away free tickets for both Seattle and Portland readers to the new film "Let Me In" on Sept. 29. The slick thriller stars Chloe Grace Moretz (Hit Girl in "Kick Ass"), a 12-year-old who is new to the neighborhood, who befriends the viciously bullied outcast Owen (Kodi Smit-McPhee, The Road). After a series of grisly murders, Owen has to face the fact that his new found friend is not all that she seems.
