The event featured spoken word inspired by the Black Panther Party, screen printing by T-Dub Customs artist Takiyah Ward, discussions about social justice and the Black Liberation Movement and refreshments by The Brown Girl Cooks. The Seattle Public Library and Estelita’s Justice Focused Community Bookstore and Library co-presented the event.
