Who: Open to everyone aged 15 to 25
What: A short video of 3 minutes or less.
Video Title: 'My Portland Life'
Details: You can make your video with any technology you have available -- from cell phones to video cameras. Judges will take into account the limitations of your equipment. Your video can be about anything you like, as long as it fits into the topic of 'My Portland Life'
