Lee Moore, Community Historian, Has Died

It is with a heavy heart that we share news of the passing of Lee Moore, a friend of the community and of The Skanner News. Lee's story is being written and will be published soon. In this video clip from a screening of The Wake of Vanport at The Oregon Historical Society in April 2016, Lee is sharing his experience as a child living in Vanport at the time of the flood.
