Fourteen Intelligent, Talented, Beautiful, young women compete for the Crown of
Miss Black Oregon 2010
The winner will receive $4,000.00 in College Scholarships and Gifts, and will be flown to Washington DC to Represent Oregon in the National Competition for the Title of Miss Black USA 2010.
