The court battle between Mel Gibson and girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva just got uglier.
Grigoriev, who last week filed for a restraining order against Gibson alleges the Mad Max movie star can be violent, threatening and abusive. And reporters from the website radaronline say they have heard audiotapes of Gibson verbally threatening Grigorieva, the mother of the couple's 7-month-old daughter Lucia, as well as calling here a "psycho c***, and a whore.
During the racist and sexually abusive tirade, Gibson reportedly said: "You're an embarrassment to me.
"You look like a f***ing pig in heat, and if you get raped by a pack of n***ers, it will be your fault."
The tape also records Gibson threatening "I am going to come and burn the f***ing house down… but you will blow me first."
Grigorieva has also accused Gibson of knocking out her teeth. The LA Times reports prominent civil rights leaders have condemned Gibson's outburst noting that he has a track record of racist abuse. In 2006, when the star was arrested for drunk driving, he verbally attacked a Jewish policeman with anti-Semitic abuse, saying: "F***ing Jews... Jews are responsible for all the wars in the world. Are you a Jew?"
Gibson also was arrested for DUII in Canada in1984, and has talked publicly about his long battle with alcoholism.
Gibson last week sold his 75-acre estate in Greenwich, Connecticut, for $24 million.
The property, known as Old Mill Farm, had been on the market since 2007, when it was listed for $39.5 million. It had recently been advertised for $29.7 million.
The Greenwich Time reports that according to town property records the estate was bought by Cosette Property LLC.
The 16,000-square-foot Tudor-style mansion includes a five-horse stable, log cabin, 60-foot (18-meter) swimming pool and a stream-fed pond. Gibson bought Old Mill Farm for $9.3 million in 1994, when he was married to ex-wife Robyn. Gibson has seven children with Robyn Gibson. Grigorieva has a teenage son, Sascha, from a former relationship.
