Tuesday, October 27 is the last day to safely mail back your voted ballot to Multnomah County Elections for the November 3, 2020 General Election. After Tuesday, October 27 you must return your ballot to an Official Ballot Drop Site to ensure it is received by Multnomah County Elections on time. No stamp is needed. Ballot envelopes must be signed and ballots received by the elections office by Election Day, Tuesday, November 3 at 8:00 PM. Postmark dates do not count in Oregon.

Oregon’s November 3 General Election includes federal, state, and local candidate races as well as statewide and local ballot measures. You can find out more information about the candidates and measures that will be on your ballot in both the State of Oregon Online Voters’ Guide and the Multnomah County Voters’ Pamphlet.

As a Multnomah County voter, you can sign up for the “Track Your Ballot” service at multnomah.ballottrax.net. You will be notified when your ballot has been received; and then verified your signature and accepted your ballot for counting. You’ll also get a virtual Oregon “I Voted” sticker that’s ready to share on social media.

Return your voted ballot

If you have not mailed your ballot by Tuesday, October 27, you can return your ballot to an Official Ballot Drop Site.

No matter how you choose to return your ballot, it must be received by 8:00 PM on Election Night, November 3, 2020.

Multnomah County has 30 Official Ballot Drop Sites available now until 8 p.m. on Election Day for you to return your voted ballot. Official Ballot Drop Sites include all Multnomah County Library locations. Please consider returning your voted ballot to the Official Ballot Drop Site closest to you to reduce congestion at other locations. Ballots will be picked up from library locations and Official Ballot Drop Boxes on a regular schedule.
