Ranked Choice Voting Workshop at Lincoln High

Ranked choice voting, approved by 58% of Portland voters in 2022, allows voters to select up to six candidates for mayor, auditor and city council district, and rank them in order of preference, starting in the November 2024 election.

Join Multnomah County and city of Portland elections staff at a workshop at Lincoln High School, Tuesday, Aug. 6, 5:30 to 6 p.m., where they will demonstrate how to mark ballots and how vote tabulation works, followed by a question-and-answer session. Some activities will include using a phone or tablet, so attendees are asked to bring theirs along to enhance their experience.
