Vancouver Avenue First Baptist Church in Portland presented the 2009 Drum Major Awards at its Third Living The Dream Drum Major Ecumenical Service, Jan. 18, honoring Martin Luther King, Jr., Coretta Scott King, and Rosa Parks.
