Videos from Japan showing the impact of the devastating earthquake and Tsunami that hit Japan early Friday morning. The quake could be the biggest ever to hit Japan at 8.9 on the Richter scale. Japan also experienced huge earthquakes in 1923 and 1870. The Skanner News Video

Warnings were issued for Hawaii, and the entire Pacific bowl including California, Washington and Oregon.  News reports now say that the Tsunami has reached Hawaii but no word of any damage.
