Obituary: Linda Lee Carter

Linda Lee Carter was born in Portland, Ore. to Fred Fikes and Celeste Washington, she was the fourth born of eight children.

She attended Elliot and Holladay Elementary Schools and graduated from Washington High School.

She worked for over 20 years in medical records at Best Kaiser Permanente and Providence St. Vincent’s.

She is survived by daughters, Quindala, Lisa, and Nichelle Carter; Grandchildren, Quinique Carter-Osbourne, Robert Twyman Jr., and DeAzhané Rayford-Carter; Siblings, Beatrice Polk, Sarah Fikes, Betty Fikes, and Fred Washington.

Funeral service is 11 AM on Tuesday Sept 30th at Rose City Cemetery & Chapel, 5625 NE Fremont St. Repast to follow at Sharon Seventh-day Adventist church.
